Removing side skirts (non factory)

Post by Ad »

As a general rule do most of the aftermarket side skirts simply fit over the factory ones? i.e. If I bought a car with them fitted could I simply take them off if they're not to my liking?

The ones in particular I'm referring to are the Ducaro / Duraco or something brand

I'm not 100% sure, but I though they are one unit. I think the Dcuatro front lip just goes on to the front bumper. If yours are sliver i'll swap ya :D

I'm sure there will be a number of members willing to trade with you, with cash adjustments...

Do the side skirts look like the ones on this pic:

I'm pretty sure these side-skirts are completely separate to the stock ones. In order words, they don't "fit over" existing side skirts. So, if you took them off, you wouldn't have any side skirts at all.

But as a general rule for side skirts, the aftermarket ones are something separate.
