Blower / Heater display question
Please can someone tell me is it normal when you start the car for the heater / a/c unit to come on straight away ? There is a off button which does switch it off but I wondered if it was normal or something wrong that it always comes on when the car starts ? thanks

Yep. Usually comes on set where you last left it.

I would of guessed that but the thing is is once the cars started I switch it off using the off switch and thats how its left so I would of thought it would stay off but it just comes on again once the cars switched off and on again. very strange

Mine comes on after I reset the ecu... Maybe when your car's off it's somehow resetting itself each time ?
Because nothing is faster than a p plater in a commodore.....
except maybe a p plater on a unicorn

Good point, same happens when I disconnect the battery.destinationtoby wrote:Mine comes on after I reset the ecu... Maybe when your car's off it's somehow resetting itself each time ?
Maybe you have a bad battery/earth connection.

Re: Blower / Heater display question
Another question for this, does anybody else's Heater run when on 'AC', without the engine running?
Nick's doesn't do this, but mine does...
