NSW | ACT Annual Christmas BBQ
Once again its that time of year, CHRISTMAS BBQ time, last year we had a great turn-out of about 30 cars, this year is going to be even bigger. We have a lot more members and the weather’s going to be kind I promise This year isn’t just going to be a Christmas BBQ, we also have confirmed interest from several car magazine’s to attend, we want to have 40-50 cars or even more.
The BBQ is also open to all members of the Mirage Lancer Group and their friends. It will be a great chance for the two groups to get to know each other, and the Lancer / Mirage guys to learn a bit more about the 6A12 engines.
We will be using the same place as last time in Centennial Park, everyone who turned up last year had a great time.
Event Details:
Date: 28 November, 2004
Location: Centennial Park
Time: From 11.00
Cruise: Will most likely depart Centennial Park around 3-4.30pm for the cruise.
Cost: $10.00 to cover cost of food and drinks
Who: FTO Club of Australia members and their friends.
Mirage Lancer Group of Australia members and their friends.
RSVP: 21 November, 2004
Info Pack: http://ftoaustralia.com/downloads/20041128_xmas_bbq.pdf

Stephen/Teania,
This may come of a bit of a surprise considering our absence from previous outing etc, but Mrs airborne and I will be able to attend the Xmas BBQ.
Our personal and Business lives of late have kept us both extremely busy, I am of to Cairns for 7 weeks on a course as of this Sunday 24th Oct, but will be back on a number of weekends including the BBQ one.
As nobody is interested in buying an excellent and well kept FTO then we will keep ours and continue to enjoy it.
Look forward to seeing you all at the BBQ.
Stephen could you bring my airfilter mod kit with you, I think it is about time that I fitted it.
Regards

unfortunalty i dont think im gonna be able to scam that weekend off, what with the saturday night prior being a work xmas party and no one worth their 6 cougar and cokes would wanna work the day after, and no one with the intention of not being anally raped by management would call in sick

I am driving down the day before the bbq/cruise for a short holiday and would like to come along please
So if you let interstate members in
then count me in for sure. I will do my best to be there around 11am. Is there anyone coming from the Parramatta (where I think I will be staying) area or even that side of town? Just would be easier for me to follow someone rather than have to rely on the refidex to get to the other side of Sydney when I'm not that familiar with the place.
Look forward to meeting some of you guys and girls soon.
Brad.

Hey, HEK-71Q, glad you can make it and bring a few friends along too, nice one!
Indyfto, of course you are welcome, we’re a pretty friendly crowd so you’ll be fine. Where abouts are you from anyway?
Sentry, good to see you have decided to join us, how many friends are you bringing.
Looks like it should be a good turn out everyone!
Cheers,
AJ
