Got my kicker speakers in, crossovers and tweeters hooked up...instead of one front speaker i now have 8 working and my two subs. sounds beautiful lol. ;)

with the tweeters i decided to snip a whole in the plastic with pliers lol and thread them through the top layer of cover mesh above the vents.

Looks clean and tidy.

How did you join the tweeters up to the vents? Do you get any rattle? (I know no bass comes through them, I mean from road bumps)

They usually have a thread on the back and you screw on a plastic ring to secure it in place.

Yeah I figured there had to be something similar to that.

Is there a reason why you didnt use the stock tweeter slots or did they not fit?

spot on :) ......no they did fit in the factory spot. I just wanted to see them lol. sat there for ages thinking of a way that would look alright haha. Different :D
