DBA and RDA rotors

Post by zuihoujueding »

Response from brakes direct, sharing the price with you guys.

DBA standards $49.04 inc gst per front rotor (DBA only do the front rotor for this vehicle, not the rear)
RDA standards $42 inc gst per front rotor and $100 inc gst per rear rotor
RDA Dark series slotted and dimpled rotors $152 inc gst for the front pair and $275 inc gst for the rear pair

DBA 'did' do the rear, no longer do.
I have a factory style set of DBA rear.

Any reason why the rears are more expensive than the fronts?

Don't go through as much the rears as fronts, so charging more pays their tooling off in the same balance.

Is anyone using the RDA slotted and dimpled rotors? Seems like a pretty good price for them.

Are these the ones that are compatible with RDA421? If so, they show up on the site as $156:

    Or have Igot something wrong?

If there are enough people interested, perhaps we can get a group buy going. Depending on how much they discount and if it will be worthwhile once you factor in shipping.

I wish I'd waited. I've got DBA golds on the front and stock fto on the rear. I'd already ordered mu front ones and had them on when DBA decided they wern't going to make any more. I could have a full set of matching RDA's. Guess I'll but them on the ever growing wish list.
