Picked up a Weber one touch gold plus kettle on Wednesday. Had some nice slow cooked lamb chops yesterday with gravy. Decided not to marinate the meat but just have a smokey flavour by adding some wood chips. Came out great
Not going back to beads ever, charcoal has its own flavour and signature. Will try a low and slow pork over lumped charcoal snake this weekend.
Any one else use charcoal bbq? Let's share some recipe and tips
The excellent combination of the Big Mac sauce and the patty along with the cheese provided me with a full flavour burger. The chippies were excellent too.
Tip - buy the value meal and for $20 you can get two big macs, two cheese burgers, 4 small chips and 2 medium drinks, 2 small ones, and some chicken nuggets.
Tops.
I fix cars.

I remember seeing a clay chimney at your place. Do you still use it? I would love to have a clay chimney and make pizzas.
Weber build quality is brilliant and they last forever. Awesome customer support as well.
A friend recently opened a business with his brother to make and sell charcoal and woodchips, so he is my preferred supplier right now.
Mrs loves fish, but I hate seafood I have managed to ban seafood from my house for the last 5+ years, but I have a feeling I am going to lose that battle soon.
