Probably so that even if someone refuses to go to one they still get the business with the others. Or so that if one goes bankrupt or gets sued they can only seize assets relating to that one certain company, probably something dodgy...

Ive had good experiences with smart send (www.smartsend.com.au).Have been using them for larger stuff for the last coupleof years.
