I'm tempted to text and enquire about what exactly that means.
I fix cars.

It must fly! A HKS engine controlled by an Apexi ECU wired to a CUSTOM HKS boost controller (on an NA engine...)
I love the custom detailing too - looks mint!

Maybe its similar to HKS FTO if it's legit? i.e. HKS turbo setup
Although chances are it isn't.

Actually I know this car and have been in it.
It has a HKS mushroom and an Apexi S-AFC.
Full respray in WRX blue and is actually pretty clean.
Has pillar gauges.
EL DIALS, sub and neons.

So HKS pod filter = HKS engine
Apexi AFC = Apexi ECU
Respray = Custom paint job and styling
Assorted pillar gauges = Custom boost controller?
Seems i keep my money and righty after all..

Somewhere down the line, be it him or a previous owner has 'upgraded' everything on the car intentionally - theres no way even a noob could mistake all of that for what he has said.
I would like to find said person and slap them silly Batman style!

Still not bad for $5K though... Not as terrible as some of the FTOs that have come up recently
