I finally solved all of those, most of it was stuff loose in behind front bar.

When I get my car back I'll b onto cabin noises.

my fto is disintegrating from the railway crossings + gazzillions potholes ... going back & forth to work daily.

thin rubber band tyres 215/35 pairs with coilovers.... don't absorb any vibration at all, it goes bammm bamm bammmmmm!!!!! on the whole chassis when crossing railway or potholes'

Also I have noticed I drive like a dickhead, so I decided to slow down and save some fuel, but then every other c**t drives like a dickhead and tailgates me.

Maybe I should spray paint all my mirrors black lol.

And that you can run 20mm hubcentric spacers to get them off the gaurds, so much so you can run a 245 on an 18...

And do you have the longer lug nuts, or is a 20mm spacer safe?

I work with people who are incompetent, lazy and slow. I'm not the perfect employee, but I try pretty hard to get the job done. I don't mind my coworkers personally, and I'm usually too much of a pussy to take them up on work ethic, but I'm thinking it's getting time to man up a bit.

If you don't hear from me for a few months, it's because they shot the messenger.

That being said, knowing the boss has been checking up on them via the cameras and has witnessed their sh*t time management, or checking phones for extended periods of time while "working" should be a suitable boot up the arse.

I once said I'd never go fulltime, and then I did. But I will shoot myself if I become a manager. I'm already beginning to have responsibility over my fellow employees foisted upon me, even though I don't rank any higher than any of them. IMO being accountable for other peoples work is dumb.
