haha. nice!

Also kind of strange as they're Jap import cars...

EDIT: Meanwhile, what commercials is he speaking of about portraying speed.
the last aired commercial featuring speed was the Mitsubishi TJ AWD where it was dressed in rally.
After that commercial aired, and was banned due to some punce, there is to be no portrayl of speed for cars on a commercial.

and if he's referring to the latest BMW commercial, I hardly classify 30mph on a mountain pass as speed.

That would be right to the only bonfire weekend I could not get to and the pic gets used by other forums  .
But it's great to see that the club is getting noticed.

All those crappy FB comments must be from car owners that have been beaten by a FTO

I don't do FB but you can still look at the thread...

Lawso sent them the picture... was trying to decide whether or not to claim intellectual property but the free advertising has been pretty good so far...

I've always said pics I upload to the forum are free for the club (management) to do as they please... I'm not retarded, I know if it goes on the net it's lost forever and anyone can do as they please, I'm not bothered or I wouldn't upload them (and there has been a few I have kept private ala sooty )

With that pic and it being used in the way it has by GF, I was worried we were gonna have a whole heap of peeps signing up to flame and troll, sh*t I'm sure they're reading this right now. But most of it seems positive and GF has taken a very mature stance on it so I'm happy to leave it.

I did have a member use some of my photos on Facebook before and successfully had them removed.

    I totally agree.

Some goose used pics of my FTO on gumtree to try and sell their FTO, I had them successfully removed too :P

...and if a member was offended by me photoshoping their pics I would remove them, unless it was silverGPX
