Just ordered the final bits for the charge cooler:
13 row oil cooler/heat exchanger (will be water in it)


500gph pump

7" fan

Remote radiator cap (so I can fill the system)


When i've bench tested it all (so need to take my plenum/charge cooler off again) I will be fitting to my car probably in January and cleaning the plenum up too, think I might cover the square section of the plenum with high temp white enamel and blue on the intake runners.
Will be using just 19mm rubber hose for now but will be getting some stainless braided hose from frozenboost.com (where i've ordered the above from) and their AN fittings once i've proved it all (can't afford those nice bits at the moment).

I could have probably sourced all that locally (or from Australia at least) but the whole lot only cost me $240 delivered ($70 of that was delivery charge) which I don't think is too bad.

My smaller pulley has just arrived, it's from Kavsport and is 20% smaller so 52.4mm diameter instead of stock 65.5mm diameter. This should see the boost up to around 8-9psi once fitted (maybe one day next week but it is almost christmas and i'm kind of busy).

I got round to sorting the pulley alignment issues (again) and hopefully for good this time.

And also removed the stock supercharger pulley and fitted the 20% smaller pulley from Kavsport.
I've only had a short drive to the shops but must say it's a much better beast already, on very light throttle it feels much better and all round better to drive even without planting the right foot. And when you do give it more throttle it instantly responds and pulls pretty strong.
I'm still waiting for my rad and pump for the charger cooler which is currently dry so inefective at the moment therefore i'm not going to give it too much of a hard time yet.

Bad thing - I Have a little belt squeal if I give it a lot of throttle which could be the alternator belt that needs a little more tension (it used to squeal on start up before I supercharged it but fine after startup - maybe new belt needed too).
Still need to get bottom engine mounts too as mine are shot and it's more clunky since I lowered the engine so may revisit how i've done that (the rubber washer things on the cross member don't seem to be doing much since I added metal washers contacting where it bolts too (do I need more rubber?).

Not sure what boost i'm at as I haven't fitted the boost gauge yet and I didn't take the laptop to log the map sensor output (something for tomorrow).

Tightened the alternator belt and no squealling now until about 6000 so still a bit of work to do, supercharger belt isn't as tight as i'd like it either and about at the limit (need to go smaller) since fitting the smaller pulley, no big deal really and moving in the right direction.
Car feels quite rapid but not as rapid as I want it but the charge cooler air chamber will be getting quite hot with no water in the water side.

Did a quick map trace and only shows 1.93volts on the greddy map sensor and 44kpa relative pressure which both seem to confirm is about 6.5psi - not as much as i'd hoped and calculated.
I'm thinking this could either be miscalculation or just that with these supercharger setups you never get what you calculate in the real world, or what i'm hoping is a leak somewhere as my idle is still a little high so would be good if it's a leak - now to check everything (of which there isn't much).
I still have my plenum flange to face/skim as it warped during brazing and i'm using thick gaskets etc as a workaround.

Even so 6-7psi aint too bad and can only improve
