just clicking wont even turn over volt meter drops to around 8 volts when you go to start

Starter motor give it a couple of hits should work for short time but will also need changing

Given the voltage drops right down and you've already complained of a flat battery, I'd say the battery is stuffed. See if you can test it with a battery from another car and if that fixes it you're set. If not, then the starter motor is gone.

use 3 different batteries in the car looks like one is stuffed so going on what has been said looks like a starter motor

all down to the starter motor it let the smoke out pulled it out now to get it rebiult

Electrical components don't work too well without their smoke.

Bilsteins are good, but the valving can be a little harsh due to the monotube design. That being said, the hard you push them the harder and better they'll work, one of the great side-effects of Monotubes
