I've just put a 5mm spacer underneath the drivers side mount to lower the engine and now need to do gearbox mount.
How easy is it to remove the gearbox mount (quick how to would be great pretty please) and where should I put the trolley jack?

Its a bit of a pain in the ass. You gotta unbolt the lower cross member that has the other 2 mounts on it first, then you can do the jack thing.

Anywhere is good so long as you use a bit of timber on the jack.

You need to put spacers in the center members as well to stop the lower engine squashing the front rear mounts.

Yep stupid the way they have made it! You have to drop the gearbox so much to get the mount out.Bennoz wrote:Its a bit of a pain in the ass. You gotta unbolt the lower cross member that has the other 2 mounts on it first, then you can do the jack thing.
