need some advice with rotors
ok so i tried to do abit of research but it just went in one ear and out the other.
i need to change my rotors, will do the front ones first then the rear.
i have a gr i had a quick read through the descriptions and dont know if they will suit, one said something about 15 inch wheels anyway links are below if anyone could please advise which is the better option for a GR.
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Brembo-Disc- ... 3f1b54c86f
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Front-Disc-B ... 2ebd86a924
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MITSUBISHI-F ... 3f18b1ede4
two say there for a gs but i couldnt find anything else though, or is slotted rotors a better option?

Re: need some advice with rotors
The thing u read about 15" wheels is the minimum size rim u can have for clearance of both rotor and caliper I'm pretty sure as for what type of rotor slotted drilled grooved or a combination of all is better then just a standard flat surfaced rotor hope that helps
gotta get there one day :)

Re: need some advice with rotors
The 276mm rotors are GPX rotors - the GR are 260
Heres a set on ebay
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/EBC-Rear-Bra ... 546wt_1397
Im sure you can source a local set much cheaper than that - just a matter of cross referencing the part number - im sure someone who has sourced them here before can point you to the cheapest source.

Standard rotors will be fine unless you do more aggressive driving.

Super expensive mate. When I get back to my pc I'll dig up my links. Front rotors are the same as a magna.

Front rotors and pads are the same as a HJ Galant 93-95 V6 5 stud. They are available everywhere and I wouldn't pay over $200.00.
I can price ya up if you wish. Definitely under $200.00.

Re: need some advice with rotors
Those 256mm GR rotors are a bit harder to come by than the GPX ones.
Adzski, have you though about upgrading to GPX brakes? The GR stock single pots really are rubbish.

Yeah there's always a few sets floating around. You just need the bigger calipers. You can then buy the dics & pads off ebay. It all just bolts on.adzski wrote:it never really crossed my mind, what exactly is involved to upgrade? would anyone have a set on here?
dstocks would probably have a few sets.
