everytime i log in on the home page, its says my password is incorrect and then directs me to another page displaying a security number that i need to type in aswell as my password.

why does this happen, when my password isnt wrong.

yeah happened to me once too, had to reset it.

hey it hapenned to me now ...
they sent me new password, and itsstill not working.
how to reset the password ??
