I just went out and had another look at it, everything is plugged into the lighter, and tray.
The cable comes out of the same loom as the lighter, but the cable is too short to reach the gear surround, or the lighter.
and it's almost certainly OEM.

Could it be a connection for a power antenna, my interior rear window antenna has a pink wire to power it up and it travels through the center console. A power external antenna might have 2 wires, one for power and one for switching up and down motion.

Have you tested to see if there is actually power on either of those terminals?

Its a troll-plug.
