Mission complete
Thanks to all that helped and wished me good luck :D
Special mention to dstocks for supplying the part :thumright:

Trish was overwhelmed with the kindness shown by FTO Australia and myself. She couldn't wipe the smile off of her face. Trish loved the engraved brass plate that I attached and said she will now be reminded of the generosity everytime she refuels her FTO. I asked the vet/ranger from the pound to take the pic of me handing over the treasure and he was very hesitant, saying he can't use a camera, but I talked/forced him into taking the pic. I installed the fuel flap for Trish on the spot.
