Replacing a cannon with a Magnaflow will make little or no difference as they are a straight through muffler also
It needs a triple flow muffler to control the noise and possibly go down a size in pipe to 2.25 and also put a resonator in if it doesn't have one
A mild steel cat back system will cost you $425 fitted. A magnaflow alone fitted will cost that or more.
Would need the car for 1/2 a day and a couple of days notice to do the job for you.
