Headlight Globes

Post by ObsidianRadio »

Hey all!

Changing globes in the black FTO today as one's rooted, and being the failure I usually am, invested in some Calibre WhiteLight globes, because the dude in Autobarn said they'd fit FTO...

You all know what I obviously would have seen when I managed to access the factory globe...Where the hell do I find the globes that connect in, how much are they, and can I get them in white light, or anything that isn't bloody yellow??

Tries using search but wasn't very successful... Give me as much info as you can on the ASAP! :)

Which globes did you buy, part number? HB3/9005, HB4/9006
Which globes are you replacing, high or low beam?

I purchased: MaxiLite H4 12V 60/55W P43t - PLU 120191 (That's everything on the globe)
I'm replacing: HB4/9006

Well you need to buy HB4/9006, they sell them at auto barn/super cheap. They sell Phillips white light ones not cheap, about $60-$70 a pair. You can sometimes find the HB4 Calibre WhiteLight globes as well if they have them on the shelf. Take a sample with you out of the black FTO.
