Painting intake manifold

Does anyone have advice on what materials to use and/or methods on painting? Need all the tips I can get to paint my intake manifold

Degreaser, scrubbing brush, masking tape, sharp knife and what ever color heat paint you like.
These are the things you need for the job.

If your not in a rush to do it I can help you do it are the DIY day.

Should be

if it's a sunny day it would be good to go in a 1/2 day.
+ the heat of the engine bay will harden the paint fully.

Both of them I sanded and polished.
I still have two in the man cave that I still need to finish.

Exactly like those, actually. With a blue thats just about between those two colours, in a metallic finish

You can sand, polish, paint in a day?
I assume the silver is polished metal rather than silver/chrome paint.

Lol paint yes, sand, polish and paint no that is a 50 hour job.
Yes it's polished not painted metal.

You just polishing like we do with the headlights, emery paper, course to fine to finer to cutting paste to polish?

Yep that's it. I now have a sand blaster that makes the job a little faster, but I still have to add these steps in on top.

Dont forget, you can also HPC coat! They do a sand blast first. I think my manifold was $100 bucks?

Kitteh was extra.
