My area in western Syd will disagree. Should check out Sunnyholt road on a Saturday night

Plenty of BAs with their 'business tyres' on the back locked up on the side of the road

4cyls have their use.
Easier to 4G63 them!

Can anyone actually confirm that?? Does the 4G63 mount to the 4G93 gearbox? Does the 4G93 timing belt end engine mount bolt direct to the 4G63?

it does indeed.
proven fact by the Proton satria with the 4g93 motor and same gearbox as the fto.
The 4g63 is a bolt on upgrade.

oh, and the Lancer GSR with turbo 4g93.
Same gearbox bellhousing pattern.

also makes wiring loom conversion easier as you can harvest about 90% of the original due to sensor locations, only need to extend a few and add a couple of extras, then splice ECU connector.

Sorry, Gen Y'd the rest, but sounds like you bought a Ford?

:troll:
More like inherited it from my old man. at 350k it didnt matter what stupid stuff i did to it
You paid $350,000 for a ford?
Na, 350,000km on the odometer at the time. It has hit the 420,000km mark now (however I removed it from my possesion a fews years ago

I've had a shitter of a Falcon since new done 330k and the only thing I've done to it is shocks, rotors, lower ball joints and a radiator. The oil gets topped up to empty and the coolant is tap water. Air filter dirty as sh*t, havent done the fuel filter for 15000 kms. Has never broken down! Treated like crap!

All up there has been 400 bucks of maintenance. Pretty impressive I say!

Hmm.., Malaysia. That land can do magic with the labor cheap as chips.

Plenty of custom jobs as well, not only limited to conversions.

You can have 4g93 1.8 pot with 4g92 mivec heads.
or, b20b 2.0 pot with b16b heads.
they even bother to swap the 6a12 vanilla in proton perdana to 6a12tt from mitsu eterna.

Here in ozzie is like, the bill went up to 15k aud and the car still not working.
