Someone post the vid lol
Pods are deemed illegal because of the supposed risk of fire. You know, for when your modern Japanese engine backfires & spits fuel all over the inside of the filter...
Clearly, based on the long gone days of carburettors.

and yet a crummy $15 'shield' which is a flimsy piece of material sometimes between the pod and the bonnet (doesnt have to enclose the pod at all, just half encircle it) makes it a-ok and 'safe'...
think if you raid all the police evidence lockers for drugs you wouldnt find any, theyre carting them all down to the department of transport and smoking them before making up crackpot laws to piss us car enthusiasts off!

From memory pods need to be covered/enclosed a minimum of 75%.

I'd say so, given z411 is the oil filter.
@ technik: Coopers and Ryco are same part numbers, so if the shop doesn't have one, they have the other.

Haha yea just saw that - least i rectify it at the end
Yea ryco and coopers are the same, went into autobarn, and the coopers one was in the z441 spot, although it was a slightly different number or had a dash in it or something, but on the box said it was interchangeable with z441 filters.
I recommend the K&N oil filter as well, the spanner off thing is just so easy
