Well typically when paint comes off that easily, it's from poor repair work that has been done.

Given it's coming off the panel, perhaps start checking for damage around the area to see why.

The first thing I would do is marvel at this high pressure house, and how someone balanced an entire house on my car?!

How much PSI can the house withstand, and how do you stop the air from escaping through the windows?

Besides the point - Normal paint shouldn't come off if it's too close.

Buy a brand new car and sit it outside under a bat tree for a week, then go up real close with a high pressure hose & I wouldn't be surprised if some paint flaked off..

You could buy anything and do the same test, unless you remove any sort of feces from a car as soon as possible you do have a chance for it to begin eating at the paint.

There's a lot of speculation about how accurate that is, but I have seen the effects first hand on a brand new 2001 Corolla after a week, suffice to say it removed a chunk of the paint.
Rest of the paint held up perfectly fine including the area around the bird crap.

Well this is completely different, nobody's said anything about a bat tree you noob!

Bat Tree = Tree which kustom hides in, spraying his man-gravy on cars to get him off :cyclopsani:
