hopefully i can change the oil and make sure theres no water in the spark plugs, but if the engines flooded, im fucked :/

You wouldn't have that problem if you lived where I am in SA . I laughed when my insurance company told me it was a good idea to get flood insurance on my contents insurance for my house. Mind you they did end up adding it for free due to the floods you poor buggers are having up there.

i went down today where i left it, tried to start it, nothing, wouldnt evan turn over, the starter motor didnt evan make a sound,
its totally dead,
time for a new engine :/

Did you have any 'reds' i.e. dash lights when you tried to start the car?
What I would do is, get a tow home dump all oil water/coolant, crack open the sump, remove air intake and allow every thing to dry out. Replace every thing then try to start.
If there is water in the engine it will bend rods and other goodies if you try to start it.

if no power at all, its quite likely the car has shorted and blown a few fuses,
check the fuse box and replace any but DONT start the car and do as AZA said

Another thing to do is remove the spark plugs and try to see if there is any water above the pistons. If there is you need to fined a way to remove it.

Yeah what you would normally do is remove the plugs and then turn it over a dozen times on the starter and this gets most of it out, then let it sit for a few days to dry out, maybe get an air hose down in there to speed it up a little, then spray some crc or similar down in there. Problem with the FTO is the deep tubes down to the spark plugs will make this difficult to get the water out.
If there is water already in the cylinders what's the point of draining it, be way too late. The air intake of the Fto is low, most likely the engine is screwed!!

If the engine has not been started then there would be no damage, so by draining every thing out and drying it out there should be no problems.
It's not like the car was driven into the water and the engine sucked the water in.
I couldnt see due to the foyrby infront of me, so yeah, she got driven into the water twice and being a high flow k&n air filter would have sucked a fuckload of water in :'(
