Replace central locking remote ?

Post by superezra »

So when I bought my FTO the central lock remote got lost. Does anyone in western Sydney know the best place for a replacement or a good place that'll install a new system for a good price?

Probably cheaper to replace the whole thing rather than get a new remote from mitsubishi

Call him and get the quote.
He comes out does the job
You check the job
If it is good in the hood
THEN give him the money
Not before he does it lol

The quote is $230 for keyless entry + alarm etc.
Is that the standard price?

Also does anyone know about keyless start? I saw an FTO with it and if it's not much more than replacing the keyless entry i might as well do it.

Standard price based on what?
Personally I wouldn't f**k around with keyless start but that's just my opinion

Nah it's just when I was looking at FTOs I saw one with it, pretty epic :L
But yeah you need 2 keys etc. It's a hassle so i'll just get the mongoose central and alarm.
