The engine has been dropped in and fully checked. Manual is in and working great except for maybe needing a new clutch slave but it is driveable.
Only 3 issues left which i am facing and they are as follows:
-Aircon still doesn't work after 2 months of it being gassed won't get cold (Had a full flush and new ac pump installed.)
-HID lights are really weak and i have tried 2 different pairs am thinking it may be an electrical issue on the harness for the headlight connector as high beams are fine.
-Engine idles at between 100 and 500 bounces up and down and has stalled on me a few times after i rev it a bit. It's not engine related as the engine was fully inspected and everything was changed from the thermostat to having the radiator cleaned for 180 bucks. So really not sure, is there and idle sensor or something?
Gurus cometh forward.
Oh and my fto has a f**king awesome note after being changed to a manual <3
Ok guys 3 issues left. lol

Have you had your ac compressor checked? And for your HID's, check that you have same voltage at the connections as the battery, should be 13V (ish), if it's less then I'm guessing it's your relays.
As for your rev problem, take out the stepper motor and clean it (could work) - otherwise replace it. I had the same problem but I had a spare stepper so I just replaced it. It's located just under the throttle body so you have to take your intake pipe out to remove it, but overall an easy job. May also be a sensor, I'm not too sure.

Have you let it learn to idle again after the battery was connected back up?

I'd try resetting the ECU first regarding the idling issue. It can't hurt and costs you nothing to check it.

it may be warmup period will give a few more days. Then check the stepper motor.
Wouldn't be an adjustment on the throttle body for better idling?

any of the above, failing that the idle control screw.
just sounds like a blockage in your air con assuming its not leaking.

Stepper for idle but may also need to adjust screw on TB and/or TPS
Sounds like head light wiring not carrying enough amps prob corroded
A/C shouldnt lose gas that fast at all refill with dye and trace leak which it will have somewhere in system
