need help

i wanted to install led lights a the driver and passengers feet.
i seen them on ebay,

im not sure if i want to do it though but i was wondering if i installed them could they be hookd up to the extra buttons on the dash, theres a pic of what i mean below

sure can but you need to replace the blank/fake ones with actual switches

Isn't a dimmer switch standard on the Fto?

nope they are not standard usually put in for compliance reasons when they were compulsery, can the switches anywhere supercheap/repco etc they are very inexpensive

Blank button on left is for an external antenna.

Its crap anyway as the brightest setting is not that bright haha.

when I first bought my car I wanted to do the same, got the shock of my life one night when I bored n playin around with switches n turned what I thought was sub volume knob n turned out to b the neon (felt like a dumbass) it was just a little knob connected to neon n hooked upto power simple enough that I replicated it for under back seats
