Fix in what way. What is the issue you are having?. I have plenty of replacement switches if that is the issue.

Change the switch to folded in.
    Forcefully fold in the mirrors.
Change the switch to folded out and see if the mirrors fold out.
It is more likely to be the contacts in the mirrors than the switch. I've had to fix my contacts in both mirrors.

If they won't fold out as expected above, then yes check the switch.

Ok, either the switch or the motors in the mirrors. Probably the motors in the mirrors. Borrow someones to test. Only takes 5 minutes.

Fold the mirrors up and undo those two bolts. mirror should be free, now just undo the plug and take someone else's working mirror off and plug that in and bolt it on. now press the switch if it works it's your mirror motors, if it doesn't it's your switch or something else

You will need to take the whole thing apart to fix that problem.
