If something bothers you, you don't need to comment.
This is a valid thread, about a valid query a member is having about an idea they are having.

Plenty of people have suffered in silence from your bullshit posts without having to post a negative comment
and quite simply, your attitude towards other members is simply appalling and not on.

If you have a valid comment or witty remark (in line with the usual forum banter) feel free to post.
Writing comments suggesting members are "pipedreamers", "Deadshits" and they should "grow a brain" and "end[ing] your life"
not only is negative to the member, but negative for the club and discourages newer members from participating or asking questions.

play nice and quit the keyboard warrior crap.

I fail to see your justification of your comments relating to me having or not having an FTO.

You dont have to own an FTO to have manners

(though i do still have one)

I do not have manners towards people with ridiculous projects/ideas that are just straight out stupid.

"Yeah man, I want a hatchback so I can build a sub woofer wall in it"

Also those that ask the same question OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, when there is a search facility at the VERY top of the page.

It's plain and simple.

Like really?

He wants to rip the engine out of his FTO and put it into a MIRAGE so he can put more speakers in it.

Are you kidding me? Seriously?

And pod filters/CAI's?

There's 4+ DIY sections on EXACTLY how to build one?

There's even comparisons of pod filters with in-depth testing?

i must gave missed something,

i dont see where he asked about pod filters?

all new members ask the same questions, everybody has, thats part of being a newb!
ask supplanter how many members he has helped who've asked the same question (and by helped i mean pointed out the search function! ;) )

Mat's other point of
"I do not have manners towards people with ridiculous projects/ideas that are just straight out stupid."
is flawd in the fact that not everyone thinks the same thing is good or bad.

ie, how many people have said Veilside kits look horrible?
and yet he has one, did he get flamed? abused? told to end his life?

No, because its his car, his idea and his life. He can have it however he wants and NO ONE has the right to tell him nor anyone else there idea is stupid and abuse them for it.

you have it all wrong first off it has nothing to do with building a wall in a mirage for subs it has nothing to do with school girls and when i did i say i was going to cram as many speakers as i can in it you don't need heaps of speakers to get good sound quilty you just need the right gear to start off with. i was just after people's opinions that is all. no im not a pipe dreamer i do have the funds to start this project now if i wanted to. i like being out on track as well as competing in local db comp's.yes i understand the mirage is a girls car i agree with you there (every one know hatch's are good for db) seeing how the mirage is lighter then the fto with some suspension and bracing it will handle pretty good and run some quick times.

Why don't you just get a Civic or something? The FTO engine isn't the fastest or greatest in the world, and you'd be wasting it putting it in a Mirage anyway... :\
