Need help buying another fto

well this guy selling his fto for $3000
odo: 83000km and its a gpx, the only thing is.. the rpm clock flicks like a retard and sometimes it dosn't even work at all
so whats the problem ? will it pass rwc like that if im buying it?

wont pass a rwc but it is a relatively easy fix.
What you should be asking is what else is making the car so cheap?
Get it scrupulously checked over by a proper mechanic in great detail, worth every penny to know what your up against!

so how is the rpm clock fixed for the first step lol! his going overseas thats why nd i havnt looked at the car yet all he told me was that

There could be a problem in the chip for the dash cluster cost me 300$ to fix the chip problem for my speedo which was doing the same thing in my big ugly soap box racer...

Ignition failure sensor, $40 fix.
Have the same problem with my mates FTO, sometimes the Tacho will work, sometimes it wont.
