my old man got a pit put in the garage when he built back in 79,
its a lot of concrete! you have to make it about a foot thick in every direction to make it stable...
then the earthquake hit and the liquifaction pushed the pit up through the floor!
= new house and garage
(cant wait till the contractors have to start ripping that out! ROR!)
