Need help getting some parts please

Had a little accident last week and ive taken it to a mechanic, his quote is very costly so im wondering if any of you are able to get the parts any cheaper? He faxed me a list of the parts and their order numbers. Ill list them down here along with the part Number and Description and how many I need:

E*MR178778 ARM ASSY, FR SUSP, LWR x1
E*MR476457 End ASSY-STEERING TI x1
E*MR297969 TIE ROD-STEERING x1
E*AB303865 BEARING-FRONT HUB x1
E*MR131214 KNUCKLE-RH x1
E*4056A031 LINK-FR STABILIZER x2
E*MR131420 INSULATOR-FR SUSP ST x2

He left a little note at the bottom of the page that says

Note: DE3A0102480 Ball joint comes with the LWR control ARM

If you are able to get any of these parts that will be amazing otherwise he is shipping them from Japan and it will take 3 weeks, it is also very costly! All help will be very appreciated! Cheers guys

You are after new or 2nd hand. I can source from Japan as well, but I have a contact over there so can probably do better. I also have some of those bits 2nd hand if you want to go down that path

Whatever parts you have 2nd hand in Australia ill take, because i dont have that much money. If you could get the others from your contact that would be amazing, would they be new parts from Japan or 2nd? If so thats fine! Thanks heaps Dstocks! Whereabouts in Australia are you? Im in Sydney NSW if you are close im prepared to meet up.

Close to Batemans.. All up I think it takes us about 4 hours each way from Syd..

pretty sure it took us 4hrs on the way back too.. and chris and i werent exactly going slow... or stopping for that matter haha the only time we stopped was for petty and on the high way we were doing 150 most of the way.

4 hours ay, a bit futher than i thought but its ok. Just wish i had my FTO! I miss driving it to work. An expensive lesson well learnt
