King Springs

Post by FTOLeo »

Just got given a brand new set of king springs for my fto :) I want to put them on but i dont know if i will need to change suspension or anything like that.

I have a full vielside body kit and 17 inch mags, does anyone have an idea on how low my car will be with king springs on?

Or the cost of gettting them fitted?

Any info would be appreciated.

:)

it depends on which springs you got?

many of the guys here have gone for a 40 drop at the front and 15 or 25 at the back. some springs are also 40, 40. which ones did you buy? get given?

you wont need to change your suspension as far as i know, unless your shockers are on the way out anyway. from my understanding new springs will put more pressure on your shockers....thus causing them to wear a little quicker

there are heaps of posts about this already... do a search and you should get plenty of information....

from memory I think you will be up for over $200 for an install.. i cant quite remember...
