Pedal adjustments can be useful with a heavy duty clutch. A bit more effort engaging the clutch as it gives a solid feel.

Well. there are 2 points of adjustment on both clutch & brake pedals.

If you get under & have a look, there is a pin that goes through a bracket on both pedals. The bracket is threaded onto the plunger arm of both the clutch & brake master cylinders. It is locked onto the thread by a 12mm nut. So to adjust, unlock the 12mm nut on the plunger arm, remove the pin (and the split pin locking it in place) from the pedal, pull the plunger & bracket down away from the pedal. Now you can unwind (or wind in depending on which way you want to adjust) the bracket & lock nut. Then reconnect the bracket to the pedal & pop the pin back through. Then lock up the 12mm nut.

Note, this will not adjust the pedal height. It will adjust the friction point on the clutch & for the brakes it ensure more fluid is pushed into the system per pedal push, possibly making for a harder pedal.

If you simply wish to adjust the pedal height, look to the top of the pedal mounting assembly. There you'll find a larger bolt with rubber stopper on the end of it, adjust it in or out.

As Ben said there are 2 points of adjustment, but be careful you don't adjust the pushrod bolt too tight. What this does is simply take the slack out of the pedal. Once you adjust out the slack, if you tighten it further what you are essentially doing is beginning to depress the clutch and/or brake. ie If you tighten this beyond zero slack, you will have the clutch / brake always slightly depressed regardless of whether you have your foot on the pedal 8O

Also if adjusting the pedal stop, you should then go back and readjust the piston/pedal slack.

I've just recently adjusted zero slack on both the clutch and brake pedals on the racecar, but for street use, it's probably a good idea to retain at least a few mm of pedal slack.
