That'd be a shame to sell it Aza. I think you should just do the engine conversion on the Panda. If you buy a nice shell, you're going to spend money on suspension and brake upgrades anyway. At least you know the panda drives straight and everything.

I'm sort of in the same boat, thinking of moving on from HKS now...won't take over your thread though.

What have you decided Aza?

I feel your pain on this one. i spend my weekdays driving an Audi A4 and when i switch to the FTO on the weekends the lack of power from the engine really frustrates me. It feels like going from a motorbike to a ride on lawn mower. But then when you start hitting the corners in the FTO you feel that level of appreciation for the car again. I've been contemplating the evo conversion for the last year as well but the cost and the unknowns involved i still haven't been able to justify it when i could buy a newer jap car, but then in my opinion the japs haven't been making the greatest sports cars compared to the 90's so i don't really think its worth it just yet.... I guess for now i'll just keep waiting.

Well if the right person comes along and the right price then it will be sold but I'm not in a rush to sell.
I would not sell it to just any one, they would need to show me that they would look after it not drive it off the road.

JESUS ROLLERBLADING CHRIST!
67 this year....im sorry but you would have to be the coolest 67 yr old i know, driving an FTO
You come off as >50 like gholdy said

Seems like a lot of people are contemplating on doing this 4g conversion
I need to get my money straight and get mine into gear early next year so people can follow

IMO keep the panda, and do the 4g on it once i can establish how much work is needed and how much $$ needs to be spent.
Which also reminds me - does anyone know how i can get into contact with this guy who has done the 4g already over in Ireland is it?
Might have some useful tips that can save me a lot of research/trial and error
Dont expect a phone number or anything but if someone who knows him could shoot me a PM with maybe an email or a forum he is active on? (assuming he isnt on here often enough)
