Never seen an e-copy.
However I'll offer to scan the entirety of it for everyones download if there isn't one already.
I simply prefer hard copies and that looks to be a goodie.

Oh & on that note, the floor console is also in mint condition for whoever arrives first with a phillips head screw driver

Splash sheilds are still in the car mate, complete.
Centre console is for sale, but not the one pictured, only the lower half of it.
