Which fuses are you checking, the ones in the driver footwell, or the ones in the engine bay?

just checked the ones under the steering wheel, they all work,

just rechecked engine bay, and the one i was checking isnt the right one, it was the one above it, my diagram was wrong (facepalm)
replaced it, dash lights came on for a second then the fuse blew again, but they did come on for a second,

 don't do this ^^

The reason your fuse keeps blowing is because you have a short somewhere. You need to find and fix the short. Download the electrical manual (someone have a link?) and work backwards from the fuse.

I had fuses keep blowing in kates car because the indicator globes werent sitting in properly. Fuse is blowing because of something youve done. Just retrace your steps and think of every possible wiring youve touched and reseat every globe.
