Howdy doodly doo
Hello everyone!
UK owner here. Just wanted to drop by and show you what I got!
I have had this, my second FTO, since December 2010 and have been steadily getting it how I want it! It was a completely standard low miler when I picked it up (40k miles approximately) so it was a good base. I started out by servicing everything to give myself a clean slate, so to speak! When I say everything I mean everything from the cambelt to the clutch!
After that I fitted:
Advan SA3R 17" wheels (refurbished & powder coated white) with new Hankook V12 Evo tyres
Muteki SR48 Neo Chrome extended lug nuts with locking lug nut set to match
Drilled & grooved discs with Mintex 1144 pads all round
Exedy organic clutch
TEIN lowering springs
Blueflame cat-back exhaust system
Decat pipe
ITG air filter
Magnecor 8mm ignition leads
Denso iridium spark plugs
Clear side indicators
Clear front indicators
HID dip beams
HID retrofitted into fog lights
Flat wiper blades
Black bumper mesh
New import number plates
Silver front & rear badges
LED interior lights (map, dials etc)
Pioneer headunit and all speakers replaced (also pioneer)
Logo'd carpet mats
Black tax disc holder
I think that is everything
I am currently making up a big brake kit using GTO calipers and 324mm discs ...which should be nice.
As for future plans, I plan to respray the front bumper (it's flaking a bit ) and fit some Blueflame downpipes. Possibly some coilovers.
I work in the motor trade at a company called The TT Shop (Audi TT and VAG specialist) so I have access to a big workshop, 2 post ramps and all the trade discount I could ever want! So that helps a bit! lol
Anyway, here are some pics after me and a friend spent a few hours detailing it last night!
I hope those are not too big

Oh, here you go...
I reckon it would be better if i went with black and silver plates though.... I originally planned to buy personalized plates and bought the cheapest temporary plate while I thought something out but it didn't happen until now

Why thank you sirSirHiss wrote:I like that a lot! The colour is beautiful!

The plasters are actually there for a legit reason... A layer of paint is peeling and I need those plasters there to prevent it from further peeling. Picture the peeling of a hard boiled egg
I might take a photo of my latest sticker collection when I get the car back from repair.
At the moment, it's lowered on bc gold premium coilovers...
I like the way you keep that clean tidy look! I dig!
