Re: DVD head unit.
The expensive one is in Australia. It has "Australia tax" added to it
Other than that they seem to be exactly the same model. The American one will take longer to get to you.

Re: DVD head unit.
The 4350 is 2DIN and the 6350 is 1DIN. I'd definitely go 2DIN as it fits nicely and looks better than having a 1DIN and a gap. Also the 6350 has Bluetooth whereas the 4350 needs an add-on adapter.
I have a Pioneer AVH-P4250DVD which as far as I can tell is pretty much identical to the 4350. No major complaints. I don't know much about the Sony's so I don't know how they compare.

IS that any difference between 4250 and 4350? As the price like a hundred different i guess. Another thing is, is they come with navigation?

Re: DVD head unit.
I compared the specifications in the manuals and they're identical except the 4250 weighs 2.9 kg and the 4350 weighs 2.2 kg. Also it says the 4250 supports SD cards up to 2GB and the 4350 up to 32GB. However I have a 16GB SD card in my 4250 and it works.
Neither have GPS though. You can get some add-on box but I don't know how much they cost or where to find them.
I'll bet the weight figures are typos and they just crossed out the 2 in 4250 and put a 3 at the beginning of 2011.
