Best way to better your handling is to get better tires
And a good wheel alignment

I wouldn't be able to tell you off by heart so ill have to find the sheet with it on it.
Better tires enroute from America at the same time wheel alignment!

Maybe some suggestions on the alignment settings?
Something thats 50/50 handling/longetivity
So would it be worth getting the ultra racing front lower arm bar
and the cusco rear arm bar???

If they fit then I am sure it would help somewhat. Whether it'd be worth the money I cannot say.
As for alignment settings it depends a lot on your suspension.
However, for street around -1.5 degrees camber for the front, similar for the rear and maybe a tiny bit (2mm) of toe out at the rear.

No no no no NO! Sooner or later you'll find yourself in a spin running toe out on the rear, trust me I know
1mm per side toe out on front, 1mm per side toe in on rear.

Thats definitely the last thing i want to happen :S
How would those settings affect tyre wear?
Dont want anything too crazy!

I run the complete opposite of that
I prefer toe in on the front when street driving. Helps with tram lining (and getting the power down with 250 killerwasps
)

Running toe in on the front is no problem, but I wouldn't be running toe out on the rear, sooner or later that setting will bite you. Think about it, by running toe out you are setting up the rear to want to turn, so you go through a corner fast, you straighten the steering wheel, the inside rear is unweighted and the outside rear wants to keep turning...
Think of toe out as destabilising whereas toe in is stabilising.
I run toe out on the front as it helps the car turn into corners better, toe in on the rear keeps it all stable.
