Diff is finally in transit

(Well as soon as Hurricane Irene leaves the east coast of the states alone!)
As confirmed, it is the same as a 3rd Gen Magna diff. So I got on the band wagon where those guys are buying.
Its a Wavetrac diff, a US product that is listed for a 3rd Gen Eclipse 00-05. Part number 76.309.180WK.
Cost was $1025 delivered. The actual cost of the diff was $895 US, so it sneaks through customs without import duty & GST (as it's under a grand.)
If anyones interested in buying one:

Beneifts of this design:
- Its helical, therefore uses ordinary gearbox oil, no need to f**k about with LSD oil & friction modifiers
- Its quiet, also polite form what Im told. No neck snapping clunking while trying to do a 3 point turn
- Deals with zero torque (ie if one wheel leaves the road, it keeps power to the wheel on the ground)
- The warranty also covers track use. BONUS.
- Its cheaper than a Quaife!
