Hi im going to be putting in the stereo from my old car in the fto on the weekend, this includes:
Sony Cd player headdeck
Sony Splits at the front run by a 300w pioneer 2 channel amp
Pioneer 6"s in the back
Pioneer champion series sub run by pioneer monoblock amp
I did install this and take it out of my old honda civic so i know the basics of what i'm doing but any tips for putting it in the fto? eg where would be best to run the power lead running from the battery to the amps
and its setup for 6x9s in the back but i've got a sub so do i want 6x9s in the back as well?
thanks
stereo install

Re: stereo install
splits are a set of speakers (usually the front ones) that run through a splitter box which splits the different frequency sounds into different speakers. this is usually a normal speaker and a small 'tweeter'

Re: stereo install
I have my power cable running from the battery to the driver side door under the dash then under the carpet till the boot.
I didn't do it, but i don't think it would be very hard to do yourself.
I actually wired my double din kenwood in myself as i didn't have a kenwood - fto adapter at the time.
