Just wondering has anyone used a mivec controller along with a 6A12 turbo conversion?
Im just wondering if anyone could tell me if its worth it?
My car is to run,
Fully forged internals,
vernier cam gears,
a VF35 turbo
Also the car is a track car so fuel economy isn't an issue for me

If you're spending that kind of coin on a track car, just get a Haltech. Mivec controllers are useless. It's been set at the optimum point from factory.

I already have a piggyback ECU but am wondering if it would be a benefit to alter it

Nah, lots of kids here have tried it, and tried it on dynos etc, best results were obtained at the factory kick in point.

Not the 6A12T. I've had success with the 6A13TT though, retarded the exhaust cams by 2 degrees & picked up over 20kws... so I reckon there's every possibility you could on the 12...
