Window not sitting right

Post by Taz »

Hey guys,
My drivers side window must be out a bit, as every time i drive on the motorway, you can hear the wind slightly coming through the window, as you would if the window is down a crack.
Ive looked at it every which way, and even tried taping up between the roof and the small rubber wind shield thing, as that is where it was suspected, but no change.
My passenger side is fine, so i know its something to do with the drivers side, and i dont know what else it could be, ive tried every gap i can see and still nothing.
Its not leaking water or anything, but it must be just enough to let some wind whistle through at speed, but just ticks me off when ive got my music turned off, and am trying to listen to the car to see if it sounds how it should every now and then.
Is this a common problem with the fto - or maybe the gpr specifically, or has something gone wrong in my car =/
any tips or advice would be tops

GAH dammit, is that the only thing that would be causing it?
going to be frustrating and time costly to adjust it (because it would be such a slight adjustment its not funny) and then to test it at speed, which i live 5min from a motorway or street where i can safely get to 80 i guess, and then to have that trial and error phase, and then if all that doesnt work then im going to explode.
cant exactly get a mechanic to do it either, so the pay to make it go away option isnt viable unfortunately
thanks for the help though - let the fun begin!
