Hey guys,
Sad to say but it's finally time to sell my car as I have been provided with another. This community has been insanely helpful over the past few years here, so thanks to everyone!

Up for sale is my 1997 FTO GPvR. I have all the import papers/Japanese documentation. Meticulously cared for - only ever fed 98 BP Ultimate, always garaged, washed fortnightly, serviced every 5000km. Have receipts for nearly all the parts and work. Very healthy engine, feel free to bring professional inspections.
Engine:
- 80,000km
- UAS CAI (One of the best intakes for FTOs)
- Xforce Varex cannon muffler (adjustable sound level with remote control)
Suspension/Handling:
- Genuine Rays Volks TE37
- Bridgestone Adrenalin RE001s on front (New - 95% tread), Dunlops with 60% tread on rear
- Kyb Gas Shocks all round (Less than 5000km)
- Bendix HD pads all round (Less than 5000km)
- Recently machined discs
- Stock front and rear strut braces
Interior:
- All power windows/mirrors electrics work fine
- Nardi Torino steering wheel
- Version R blue bucket seats - good condition no rips/tears
I.C.E:
- Pioneer HU (w/ AUX input)
- 6" Alpine Type S splits
The bad:
- Stereo surround is damaged due to previous owner. There is a gap between the Head Unit and the surround. However the Head Unit is perfectly stable, has been for years - the problem is purely aesthetical. A brand new genuine Mitsubishi stereo surround is $170 from Japan; I just never got around to getting one.
Other:
- Instant icy cold air con
- Mongoose M40 Alarm (professionally installed for $750 have receipts)
- 6000K HIDs and white LED parkers (Version R FTOs came with factory HID headlamps)
- Just serviced on the 3rd of May 2011. Changed oil filter, topped up oils/fluids
- RWC and full 12 months rego till May 2012 is provided!

Re: SOLD
Have to ask, what do you mean by time wasters?
Is that just anyone who comes to see the car and doesn't buy. Technically that's wasting your time.
I want to know so that I don't waste peoples time if I'm genuinely interested in the car.
Glad you sold your car, it's always nice when people can pass on their well looked after car to nice people.

Re: SOLD
Oh by time wasters I mean the ones that show up, test drive the car, point out all the minor flaws to try lower the price, and even when we work out an extremely low price they say they'll think about it and never call back. If you're inspecting cars and remaining polite/respectful then by all means you are not a time waster hahaBrooksy84 wrote:Have to ask, what do you mean by time wasters?
