Once again... another problem

when this problem happens after disconencting the battery(which resets the ECU), the stalling can be fixed by going for a spirited and high revving touge-like drive, even for just 10~15mins as i've observed with Escapingfate's car.

I cleaned the stepper motor with carby cleaner but i dont think that was necessary. I has'd a 'might as well' moment

Haha i took it for a hour long thrashing and it still didnt fix it... it fixed itself the 2nd i got home and parked in the drive way lmao.

Ok, thanks guys. I did disconnect the battery the day before the problems started.
Took the car out for a long drive today and the idle got better the more I drove it. I still have the original metal/tan stepper, so will get a new plastic one if I start having problems again.

BTW, my name is Rob, im from Newcastle and my FTO is a Passion Red 97 GPvR.
I have been reading a lot of old threads on here and hope I can make a couple of friends that actually have taste in cars.

Well we can set that up

For your infos, every mon, tues, & wed, theres a pub in mount druitt that serves $6 steaks... you cook em yourself, then after that, you fit the rest of your plate with sides and the sauce of your choice... though plenty of tightarses go there for this cheap feed.

Anyway, i was thinking of just a little hang out catch up thing, i feel its going to escalate(or is already escalating) into another mini event

I was thinking pancakes on parramatta.. ... ...its 'pancakes on the rocks' but not the one in, the rocks
