As per title, can someone tell me where it's located and a way to test it?
My car wont crank with the key, but it will start if I get under and connect a live 12v directly to the starter so I assume it should be the relay
Where is the starter motor relay?

Re: Where is the starter motor relay?
Its in the engine bay fuse box, biggest rectangular plastic thing in there. As for testing, not sure, my electronic skills are not so good...
When you say attach 12v to the starter, which side of the starter you attaching to? There's 2 terminals on it.
Where the line comes in from the relay to the solenoid, or where the solenoid goes into the starter? Cause it might be a shot solenoid, which is fairly common.

To be honest Bennoz my friend is an auto electrician and it was him who did it not me, so I am unsure of which wire exactly it is
Thanks for the location though
