Help with identifying Vacuum Lines

Can anyone tell me what these connections are on the TB?



I thought:
1- Crank Case breather?
2-Vacuum line from TB?
3-Looks like its fed from 4 and goes to 6??? wtf???
4-
5-Vacuum line from TB?
6-

I just need to find every point i can get to for vacuum lines...

Bought a brand new 38mm Turbosmart Ultra Gate Sleeper... goes in this arvo, and I'm concerned about the vacuum lines setup.

3-4-7 are all the one line, most likey the fuel vapour line from tank or it could be going to a FPR if you have an aftermarket one like a sard etc.
5 is the pressure line in from the brake booster to the plenum
1 is the manifold pressure relief. Should really go to either a small filter, or ideally, an oil catch can
2 is more than likely going to your waste gate and the other line bridged off it to either your boost controller (if you've got one) or your ECU - whatever's controlling the boost. This is where you'd tee off another line for your f*cking expensive blow off valve

Lol... its a wastegate... not BOV.. already got a Turbosmart BOV.

So the only vacuum line i've got is (2)...

God dayum...

this is a list of sh*t I need to get vacuum too:
1) Microtec ECU
2) Saber Remote Boost Signal Reciever
3) Gizmo Boost Controller Solenoid
4) BOV
5) New Wastegate

God damn thats a lot of T pieces I'm gonna need..

And are you sure about 3-4-6? Should that be headed to the Factory FPR (no aftermarket one, its on the list)

Just double checked.. That line (3-4-6) is headed into what looks like the Brake booster or something.

Ahh, I see where your line of questioning was going. Ok, you can use / T connection to any of those connections as vacuum. The only one I would leave alone is the larger brake booster line that connects to the back of the plenum.

And that blue vac line that dissappears under the brake booster is definitely going to the fuel tank vapour line.

You'll probably find its blocked off somewhere. Which is what you do if its not in use. I've seen it before on other FTOs.
