brakes

i feel like im kinda spamming here, but ive just come across a lot of things since i decided to change the brake pads of my car.
anyway when i went to get some brake pads, i was told that the brake pads of mine were upgraded versions? and i was given 4WD/SUV type brakes, and instantly i got a thought of the GTO brakes. though im not sure.
how can i tell if its upgraded brakes or not?
i dont have the last owners service list or upgrade list as he himself didnt get it from the first owner.

Look at your calipers;

If it's this then its a standard 2 pot FTO brake caliper;




If it looks like this then you're a lucky bastard and have a 4 pot GTO brake setup;
