Ok i've only done it once using the guide in the DIY section and that pretty messy! hehe anyways i found a tutorial on the net and was wondering if this can be applicable to the fto? the last change i got was only 4.5 - 5 litres of fluid. this new way would completely change the fluid but leaving the car turned on for more the 1 minute and constantly replacing it with fresh fluids...

Re: Changing auto trans fluid.
Yep, thats a common way to go about doing it.
2 things thou, he made no mention of moving the shifter through the gear (Park / Reverse / Drive) etc to really flush all the crap of the channels.
Then he also made no mention of measuring how much fluid went in & came out. I don't trust those dip sticks as far as I can throw them.
